By creating an OwllProxy account or using any OwllProxy proxy line, you agree to these terms.

You may use the service only for lawful purposes. Spam, fraud, credential stuffing, attacks on other networks, distribution of illegal content and any activity that breaks the law of your country or the target country are strictly forbidden.

Your account, balance and proxy lines are for your own use. Do not share your login, and keep every proxy line and password private.

Traffic and balance are charged as shown on the pricing and dashboard pages at the moment of purchase. Purchased traffic is not refundable once it has been used.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the network or harms other customers, without prior notice.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to run your account: your name, email address, a hashed password, your balance, orders and the traffic used by your proxy lines.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Connection metadata (time, amount of traffic, line used) is kept to bill traffic correctly and to stop abuse. We do not record the content of your traffic.

The website uses one session cookie so that you stay signed in. No advertising trackers are used.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time through our support channel.

Disclaimer

OwllProxy provides network access "as is". We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but we do not guarantee that every IP address will work on every website at every moment.

You are fully responsible for how you use the proxy lines. OwllProxy is not liable for any loss, ban, block or damage that results from your use of the service.

Numbers shown on the website (countries, IP pool sizes, uptime) describe the network as a whole and may change over time.
